Correct. I used the wrong term, but I never asked him for permission to post that. Anyhow, I don't think he'll mind since no specifics were posted. The cannabis market in the U.S. will obviously become huge as regulatory reforms are accomplished. As I stated in a PM earlier this morning:
"We are very close now to official FDA guidance on CBD infused foods and beverages getting final approval in Washington. A lot of work has taken place on that front behind the scenes.
We are invested in a very responsible CBD food/beverage company that has taken safety and health very serious. As a result, they are poised PERFECTLY to unleash major production/distribution of great CBD infused products that are well inside FDA approval thresholds. Verification of those guidelines will come very soon now.
When that happens, just watch the marketing begin!! They've remained essentially "under the radar" up to this point as a result of the lack of official FDA guidance. What a hurdle we will have cleared when that guidance is finally published!!"
