Something that is being overlooked is the fact that BIEL has set up a strategic diversification with partners. In other words, they are not putting their eggs in one basket. Great move! Look at the retail plan, maybe 4th quarter and into the 1st and second quarter. Great timing.
Will there be more partners? This all depends on what licensing rights the new partners have and what boundaries are in the contracts.
Don’t pay any mind to the negative posters that mention billions in shares outstanding. When it comes to officers of the company, there are rules on conversion of notes. This is another thing being overlooked, would one rather convert notes when the stock price is a penny or when it is a lot higher? Let’s keep in mind that they could shoot themselves in the foot. It is safe to say that the officers of the company do know how high the stock price will go. Don’t forget expiry dates on the notes do mean something!
What is Rick really saying when he mentions international partners? My understanding is that an international partner sells worldwide, in other words, the product will be sold all over the world and in every retail store or service trade that is involved in pain relief.
The company has set up a pathway to wealth. The big question is if you as investors have planned around this pathway? Are you satisfied with the amount of shares you own? Can you afford to buy more? If you can’t then don’t! Never break the rule! Buy what you can afford. No one can time the market so always be cautious and plan your future accordingly.
