So, back to my question again, and I will add a bit more. I remember Joe saying they were going to file the S-1 and then he came back saying the SEC said they had to file the Form 10 first.
So, they filed the Form 10, then 60 days or 90 days went by. I can't remember now. But we find out questions were never answered and the SEC sent letters to Joe and team. Then another Form 10 addendum was put in. Not sure if that chocked on another 60 or 90 days.
So, now we have ANOTHER Form 10 put in. Does this now add another possible 60-90 days before a S-1 can be put in?
