Trump is not going to allow an American drug to jump over his border wall or float across the pond and not at least tweet about it. This gives me solace. EUA has to go through HHS, a Trump cabinet member, Alex Azar. He knows Trump wanted a therapeutic yesterday. EUA won’t be going through the typical process so there’s hope that we’ll get a fast and fair shake. He’s been talking about a shot you can get and be better fast. Fauci has mentioned that monoclonal antibodies are in the works as well many times. Trump likes to drain swamps so it’s my bet that if the FDA doesn’t do the right thing here and approve this drug in some way, he’ll sound the alarm for us. It should be any day now.
