I don't disagree. But I also work in sales where presenting something in a way that is palatable and intriguing can make all the difference in the world. Don't forget, these are story people. Mostly. Also, in terms of dealing with veterans hospitals, the ability to also provide documentation up front that they would ultimately have to research and compile on their own makes a world of difference. So I see it both ways. You'll have plenty of people who react or respond exactly how you predict. But you'll also have people who will be pulled in and who will appreciate having it spelled out and presented in a way that makes their job (research) easier. Hard to know who each person will be when you send it. I will also add that I don't necessarily think my write-up is ironclad or the best possible option. Just throwing it out there for people to think about and potentially use some or all of if they so choose. Thanks for the feedback.
