Well should we set a date and time to contact the media. I mean one email or call here or there may not amount to much compared to several around the same time.

Would need a list of media and time with time zone.
Could coordinate with other groups ...

I mean if I could tie up there call center for a few hours I'd get a kick out of it at the very least

Would probably want individual messages as oppose to using a single doc ... As to not appear as spam in this instance .... I do plan on using the current draft when complete when needed.
