All is good my friend! They're executing the most important plans, it's just that the one you're asking for which is pumping the stock with a PR is NOT one of the most important plans.
A PR would be best if it comes with or at least very close to the 2nd quarter financials since it would be 100% obvious that it's NOT fluffy pumping, but a 100% fact based progress report. We're getting very close.
Remember, Patton was also wise enough not to share all of his strategic plans with the public, since it's a fact that the enemy could easily know of them before they're even executed. The good of it is then outweighed by the bad many times over.
