CovidSignals is the distributor for the Biotime test kits manufactured by Xiamen Biotime in China.

QMC is not needed to distribute the test kits, CovidSignals will. I think the distribution agreement is for Innova to offer QDX HealthID along with the test kits that they distribute through CovidSignals. QMC includes the Biotime kits in QDX HealthID as an available test.

Innova Medical does not manufacturer test kits.
