Regarding my last post. Cytodyn needs two hires and they need them right away. A government liaison, someone who understands the way government agencies work and has contacts that they have established throughout a career. And a pr/publicist who understands the way media works and has contacts they have established throughout a career.
I am long and have way too much money (for my own good) invested at this point, but I think it is crazy that we on this board are making phone calls to the CDC or trying to mine our personal contacts to get an in with the media. Unless one of us is a pro in these fields and have established professional contacts, it's an uphill climb.
We can all spin our conspiracy theories and blame the media blackout on big pharma advertising or the government blackout on big pharma lobbying dollars, but the truth is the company is not playing the game right, imho.
I think we should all write to the company and ask for these hires. Be polite. There is no need to be rude when offering constructive criticism, but express your concerns, if you share them with me. I hope I am clear. I am offering constructive criticism. I am thrilled about the results as everyone is and have great faith in the molecule, but molecules can't make media or government contact.
