Yes, exactly.
I was trying to respond to another poster's contention that it's ok if the US buys out the complete supply of Leronlimab under some presidential order. Maybe I misunderstood what the poster was trying to say. I took it they meant a preemptive buyout to block other countries from getting the drug prior to it actually being approved here. Not a good scenario. I may have misinterpreted what they were saying, then and if so, my bad.
