I only blocked his PM's after I got some vulgar PM's from him and discovered that I was blocked from responding to his crap. I figure that if anyone wants to send BS via a PM then they should have balls enough to take whatever is thrown back. He turned out to be "nadless". LOL
He can respond to me directly and in public if he so desires. I do not have him blocked from responding to me publicly.
