Had dinner with a friend from NYC who works for CBS. He is going to try to get me in touch with CBS news producers. He does not work in the news department, but has a close friend who does. He agreed with me that this is a huge news story and was surprised that it isn't in the news yet. He also understood the urgency of getting it into the news, so that if the FDA delays, there can be huge public outcry. He asked who should the CBS news researchers contact at the company. I said, "the CEO?" He said that is very strange and they would not like to contact the CEO as the CEO should be busy. So, I said, "The CEO's assistant." He seemed confounded, but also eager to help.
