Can Trump issue an executive order which overrides the FDA if they ask for phase 3 instead of EUA/approval ? Imagine if Mexico and others approve drug and we don’t? This is a likely scenario. He’s been after the FDA to be expeditious even before covid stating that people have the right to try even experimental drugs so this is a hot issue with him. What will he do?
