One patient in placebo and one patient in drug gro

One patient in placebo and one patient in drug group went onto ventilators. Mathematically, since the trial is 2:1, they could have said twice as many people on placebo went on ventilators. But they didn't bother saying this due to the very low number behind the math.

I don't know what you find underwhelming. Showing any kind of clinical and statistical significance in this very difficult group is very impressive.
