I second your opinion. Viral load in MM would be pointless to do since most of these patients get better on their own so to prove efficacy would be tougher not to mention more $$$ to get this info. I like the endpoints we went after. Also a statement DR BP made about the FDA not really caring about all the extra details of the sickness because they don't have the time or man/woman power to track how a disease works. They want to know your drugs safety and if it does what you say it will do. Very stat based.
