So the P value went from .03 at day 3 and then to .02 at day 14. Does this mean that the patients that got better at day 3 stayed better and other patients got better after day 3 further lowered the P value? If that is how it works, this means a lot. Many drugs show some benefit and then fail, the fact that one injection (Leronlimab is only injected once a week, and 3 days is less than a week) showed improvement and the Dr. can assume that the patient will only continue to get better is huge. ONE injection! I am assuming the day 14 patients that showed improvement got just one more injection to get results. this says Leronlimab shows results that are only getting better, not a temporary treatment of symptoms, total solving the illness all the way to full recovery.
