I contributed to a landslide this morning. I exited my position of just under 9k shares mostly in the 9$ range. I strongly urge you to be careful if you own shares of this. There will be massive dilution all for Chans benefit and none for yours. Impact is a joke and a position play for Chan to take a massive control position of DSS. He will now be positioned to basically dilute forever and no one can stop him. He has complete control. Obviously this is my opinion, do your own dd. But good luck with that because this is as complicated as it gets. I think he is stuck on doing another secondary until impact is finalized. I doubt you will get any impact shares and this “deal” is just an idea at this point if you read the filings, which I’m sure you have LOL My advice to you is to get out between now and literally hours after the impact deal is done as once it is done Chan will dilute dss shares immediately. I lost @ 5k with that bullshit Sfor and was lucky to make that up and some on dss
