But because of another bad deal they did, they have to give almost another million shares away because they lost another lawsuit basically.
They just made another deal with a questionable group to give away up to 25% or whatever of the company to a group that been accused of short selling.
Their record of bad deals goes back for a long time and it keeps going on.
This is actually ending up costing shareholders. It's not necessarily helping them.
Maybe, I am wrong, maybe in the end it will work out. But when you look at it right now, this looks like a trainwreck from their past to now.
They haven't shown anything positive. We are still waiting for results and all we are seeing are bad deals, questionable financing and no results.
It is what it is.
I'm still in this for a while, but the truth of the matter is that Joe has yet to produce any results and has over the last year stated this or that and yet to product anything.
It's not just me either, many are still waiting. He has stated many times how he values the shareholders so much. He needs to start showing it.
