Excelsior starts to build out VybeOffice components

VybeOffice was created by VybeNetworks to serve the needs of the 21st Century businesses and their owner/operators. VybeOffice is a connected suite of modules that can be added on to a core of client data. it allows a company (including inter-related companies) to be managed online. For instance VybeBooks works in conjuction with it's proprietary Payment Gateway and Task Management applications making it easier for customers to track client work and receive payments.
With the addition of the Quote feature, customers can now :
1. Add a quote (this doesn't affect your profit/loss statement),
2. Put the quote on hold until you are ready to send it out
3. Convert the quote to an invoice, or
4. Create an invoice.
VybeBooks will also generate a report to show all of the quotes outstanding so it's easy to follow-up with clients for potential new business.
