Sorry for my late reply, but it got late here in Germany and I needed to sleep.
The entire topic of BARDA was very difficult to discuss with him. He wasn't willing to tell me nuch more than I already posted. For any further questions, he referred me to Joe, either I'd have to call him directly and try to get more of an answer or wait with my Q until the cc.
I explicitly asked additionally whether they could actually provide BARDA updates on their progress, eg. the peptide lab test results, once they will be available and (should they be positive), which may help them decide to grant them some money. And he did not really answer that question neither.
