No, it's another matter. It's my trading platform in Europe, it cannot buy or sell shares if their American supplier of services has that stock blacklisted. I have no idea how that works. My hope is that if Mxsg stars trading with a certain average volume and sees a steady inflow of new shareholders, then they might lift that ban somehow. I fully admit, I don't own that many shares, but it would be nice to have that money if things continue upwards for Mxsg.
