Traders do. There's a whole constellation of covid stocks and a few have announced positive indications (they all do, at this stage... Dr. Patterson said it best -paraphrased- everything works in vitro). Everyone is so laser focused here they're quick to blame "poorly worded PRs" and shorts and anything they can conceive of, but the simple reality is anything that moves gets attention, anything that doesn't gets sold to chase what is. No big mystery, except for noobs.
