Many investors want immediate gratification, but, realistically, good things take time...including the perseverance and fortitude required with our $VERB's ebb and flow.
I've been thinking about our impending launch lately, trying to decide what scenario would be most beneficial to us, and I'd prefer to see occur.
There seem to be two divergent schools of thought on the matter...and one obvious wild card that might be in play.
Addressing the latter, first, puts the distinct possibility of Live not being ready yet...fully completed, extensively field tested, and passing with flying colors the criteria needed for official launch.
If that’s the case, it’s a no brainer….$VERB LIVE, with complete and comprehensive major player integrations, needs additional time.
Now, let’s assume that the software applications and new platform are finished, AND READY FOR LAUNCH.
The dog days of August, while also being an incredibly popular vacation month, are usually an investors “time-out”...and a reprieve from the daily grind.
But, with our Russell membership inclusion and the capital raise, this summer trading lull, is anything but! Outstanding $VERB volume that can be, and quite often is, a precursor to a substantial PPS trend change.
Volume before price ...and we all know we're massively undervalued!
Do we pull the trigger soon, while trading volume is at our all time high, or wait until the summer’s over, and the “hot” trading days of the fall season are in full throttle mode.
The next Q’s call is this Friday the 14th, and we pretty much already know the positive results and developments...should that factor in to the decision?
I don’t think so.
But….
Waiting on the fiscal 2nd qtr fins (2020 calendar filing 3rd qtr ending 9/30/20) might be a consideration to seriously weigh, examine, and appraise.
….and coordinating the official $VERB LIVE launch and any major integration, with those financials and extremely active Fall trading period, would seem like the perfect storm of success to me.
Especially if the end of Sept.10-Q is expected to continue our accelerated revenue streak, and financial progress...which, with the period almost half over, mgmt has a good idea of already.
But, do we risk losing the extended volume increase and trading momentum currently underway, if we wait?
Also, are competitors gaining an upper hand advantage with us being on the sidelines during this pandemic...with integrations and collaborations underway at breakneck speed.
Those are certainly important factors to consider....while I continue to wait patiently.
Having not sold a share, and I won’t for the foreseeable future...possibly many more years, so my investment time horizon might be much longer than many others.
I certainly understand everyone being anxious, anticipating big breaking, game-changing news…. and my strong opinion is, we’ll see it all unfold in 2020.
To me, personally, and considering how long I’ve been a $VERB co-owner, my monetary investment, and goals….the extended wait, is but a drop in the bucket.
My day to day excitement is palpable, and growing each trading week.
On 7/21/20 we saw but a snipit of how fast, and explosive, this company’s MC can rise, along with our shareholder value, without news…..just wait for the massive up-side we’ll see, with a major announcement!
I’m thrilled with the ride I’m on, and belted in…..keep it coming!
PS Of course, sooner for me would be so sweet, and I'll gladly take a major revelation coming our way, any day now.....especially with all the eyes on our prize software!
