Say, they get these shares at a low price. Ok, they do. They own 25% or whatever. They are in the business to make a profit. Now, we have no clue, what their deciding margin for profit taking is, but their expectation is of course to make a nice profit.
So, I would expect that they do want Generex to succeed to a point for the PPS to go up substantially enough for them to sell to make a good enough profit for their next venture, for bonuses, for their houses, whatever they want to do with the money. So, in the end, they want the PPS to rise just like everyone else. The question will be, by how much before they start selling?
I understand Joe looking for investors. Any CEO would who needs capital. It would be nice if Joe takes as much interest in SEC filings as he does with some of these funding ventures and deals. Though track record is about the same.
What we need right now is to hear about results of anything that can mean something really positive for the company and for shareholders. It's still a long way before the Conference calls and a lot can happen between now and then, both good and bad.
