In my opinion, Mr. Moscato should have foreseen months ago, either that the Oasis loans would not arrive quickly, or that it would take more cash to continue the business. At the time, a share capital increase reserved for shareholders, perhaps one share for every 4 held at 0.39, I think would have met with the consent of many, including myself.
Now that the damage has been done, and that it has lost the respect of its shareholders, in order to regain some of the lost trust, it would be correct to attribute a dividend in Ngio shares, excluding the shares deriving from the "toxic" dilution, therefore prior to the issue of the first tranche of 5 million new shares ..
Unfortunately, it is true that this operation would further slow down Ngio's listing ...... considering the timing of the previous dividend ..
But if in the meantime concrete positive results arrive, it could be acceptable if not positive in order to obtain a higher Ngio listing price ..
