Being a layman I need to know what they know about

Being a layman I need to know what they know about this location vs what they "thought" they knew about Madeley? Can anyone explain the difference in analysis?  I realize they have old logs on this lease but what is the difference in analysis.  I need much more information before I spend more money.  Treaty does a chitty job at explaining their projects.
