Cautionary Tale. I just finished watching for the 1st time "The Man in the White Suit (1951) starring Sir. Alec Guiness. The plot is pretty simple: a renegade chemist invents a textile that can't be ripped or dirtied. Capital and labor align to suppress the product. Hmmm.
