I sure hope you are right.
Sorry for the more negative posts since yesterday, but this 8k really hit me on the wrong foot. When I read about new funding instruments in the most recent pr, I was not at all imagining anything of that negative magnitude. And for sure not with crooks that have a track record of share price manipulation, and they obviously doing it again, and not just getting away with it, but profit handsomely from it. **puke**
But even if BARDA would now throw GNBT a bone, the deal is fixed and these crooks would have made the deal of their lifetime, there is no way to say "oh, thanks for nothing, we do not need your toxic financing anymore, bye bye!" They'd still use their warrants for $0.5x and get almost 20% of the company for lousy <8 million dollars, right? I find this so disgusting. *shaking head*
