The Week Ends On An Interesting Note
The PR revealed something very telling. We have good results. The plan to submit for emergency approval after we submit for emergency approval to the FDA next week. Big Tell.
We are now far enough along to know the 14 day results will probably land us an approval leap frogging current competition.
The other is what happened to our competition over at Humanigen. They ran into a troubling roadblock. The FDA turned them around in the form of asking for more patients, focusing on those excluded from the trials. The other roadblock was having to shift goalposts from mortality to discharge from hospital. Just like Remdesivir.
So while they are in phase 3 it seems the corner cutting and lack of efficacy is going to leave them just short of the finish line.
End of August is going to fireworks.
