I understand 700mg is more effective but 350mg still beat the current SOC and very safe. An approval first will help patients and CYDY tremendously. 2 years are lost due to this change. I am a bit suspicious about what FDA is doing with 700mg combo, as well as what they did for the current HIV BLA.
Hopefully the playingfields for Covid trials are more level and the FDA teams managing Cydy Covid trials are different.
