I did suggest to Todd also, that it looks as if this is more than a coincidence that fist the pps drops by roughly 1/3 (60 down to 40c) and then at the very low point they are selling shares to raise $2m, this does look very suspecious, and almost as if this is the reason for the stock downward manipulation in the last 2 weeks. When the investor heard that gnbt needs money, they started this stock manipulation, in order to maximize their profits. This almost smells like a weird way of naked shorting. So it seems as if they are doing it again, financing instruments in a very questionable way.
This is really disappointing, to say the least.
