I think there is a chance, that is what occured due to a flawed Primary endpoint. They should have made the primary day 0, 3, 7, 14 so we could show the progression.

But again, in a phase 2 trial, the primary and secondary endpoints are essentially interchangeable. Its this way on purpose, as you want to identify the best endpoint to use in a phase 3 trial if required.
