I think Type A meeting didn’t go well.
My impression, based on the very last Proactive video with Dr.NP and Dr.JL, is that the Type A meeting had not yet been scheduled, or at least had not yet taken place. And that was just a couple of days ago.
Notwithstanding, I view this entire PR, and the inclusion of Combo HIV at the 325mg dose, as CytoDyn effectively saying to the FDA:
1. "If you don't approve the COVID indication in the US, we will embarrass you and the administration by selling our very limited inventory to the nation(s) that approve us"
2. "You and the administration will likely have even more egg on your face when our P3 S/C topline interim results are reported next month and there is no inventory for the US"
3. "We will embarrass you and expose your intentional and blatant slow-walking efforts, by further depleting that very limited inventory by selling leronlimab for the Combo HIV indication to the nation(s) that approve us"
4. And we will get Combo HIV approval based on our original trial protocol of 325mg, that you made us change to 700mg in order to slow-walk us, so that everyone will learn how you manipulate small biotech companies that offer vastly improved and groundbreaking therapies in order to serve your Big Pharma lobby masters.
5. "We are a loyal American company that repeatedly expressed a commitment and dedication to providing our citizens with a therapy that could heal the sick, reduce morbidities, and prevent death. You pushed us to the back of the line right from the beginning, you ignored us as much as you could, you gave us none of the support that you offered to companies with lesser therapies, and you have the audacity to now attempt to slow us down after we've proved efficacy. The sun does not rise and set on the US empire. Stop your pandering to Big Pharma and do your job.
