I don't understand why many are couching efficacy with words like "should have" and "good". We have efficacy. We're just waiting on the data analysis to define it mathematically with statistical significance. Think about it this way. Given a choice and given what we know of leronlimab 'anecdotally' plus the science Dr. BP has presented, would you forego leronlimab for the SOC or would you wait till after the math results?
The number of SAE's being lower in drug vs placebo groups is anecdotal evidence of efficacy in m2m. The results of EINDs is anecdotal evidence in s/c. You know how vaccines were discovered? Anecdotally.
