There is a problem with CalREDIE
The California Reportable Disease Information Exchange (CalREDIE) is where the data breakdown occurred. The state system electronically receives COVID-19 test data from individual labs.
"There’s a specific component that feeds information from labs to both the state’s system and the local public health system," Ghaly said. "That may actually be the place where data is getting stuck."
So there are all the different labs, the state system and the local public health system. Thats 3 systems that have to work together instead of one blockchain like QDX HealthID.
