I think that we can all be rest assured that they have used the first chance to contact them, once the 90 days were over.
So, positively thinking, I can surely imagine that they actually did talk to them, and they confirmed what a bunch of us on here already suggested, and that is that they are waiting for those lab test to show a positive result/effect. So they may already know that once the lab tests are done successfully, they will receive the full BARDA support.
And THAT is why they scheduled the CCs at the end of the month, because by then they expect to have the results, the BARDA approval and funding, the FDA answer, so they know how to continue with the development process of their vaccine and thus have plenty of stuff to discuss with us on this front.
As for GNBT there seem to be a lot of good news in the works as well.
So, even though this has been assumed/hoped for before, maybe the month of August is when everything starts to change for the better for GNBT and for us shareholders.
