Probably the one who bought at .40ish, didn’t get the bonanza uptick so they are bailing while can still clear 5% or so. As for who is buying, hopefully more investors like us, but probably just the next batch of penny stock speculators. If nothing happens with the next CCs, it will be déjà vu all over again.
