Like clockwork almost every day. Small buy early AM to bring PPS down a tick. Then, on many/most days, buys in the multi millions at the lower PPS. Then - EOD - small buy to move the PPS back up. Someone pointed out to me that has been the pattern for weeks. That same someone suggested to me that is the classic method for high volume accumulation, quietly.

I don't know that I agree. I do know that I don't know of any verifiable news/actions that would cause the PPS to move up or down. The sheer number of shares bought over the last several weeks seems to indicate that someone thinks they know something. Would they really risk that much investment on a 1 or 2 tick gain - that in itself is risky.

Early in the pandemic, I suggested that we would probably be in a holding pattern and suggested that we might as well step back from the ONCI board and wait for things to clear. I still feel the same way. Maybe Mr Berman is making moves behind the scenes that will work out favorably and maybe not. What he has told us recently sounds encouraging. Hopefully, we'll know SOON.
