1. Although it is in many ways unfair to Nader (I believe him to be honorable) he is a lightening rod for negative PR some of which I believe to be personal in nature.
2. The more they force him to refute this (I am not a crook) the worse it looks.
3. If there was an outside presence at the company all of this wizard behind the curtain stuff would go away.
4. This would stabilize the share price and further the odds that Nasdaq would up list an otherwise questionable management team.
The key here is to remove all of the talking points that suck all the oxygen out of this otherwise positive story. Whether any of this can be accomplished..I don’t know. Pretending this is not an issue until we are consumed by it is not a good strategy.
