I am long CYD (big time $$$) but...you are wrong. This is very serious...not because of the content which is mostly BS but because of the weight of the players lining up against the company. As an investor with well over 100,000 shares this is what I wrote to management and I don’t feel the slightest bit bad about it!
To Whom It May Concern:
I am a major shareholder with warrants not yet exercised. WHAT IS GOING ON AT THIS COMPANY!?!? I have never seen such an inept PR team! How is it that Wall Street Journal can write a hit piece like this but you can barely get out any positive information through a similarly regarded news source… Sick and tired of promises about published peer review articles. Sick and tired of watching you spoonfeed ammunition to Adam Feuerstein. You need to get a professional PR team on top of this and stop trying to do it in the mom and pop way it has been run for the last four years!!! If at this moment in time I was asked as a shareholder whether to replace current management I would vote yes.
