I have discussed the format of these PR's with Todd. I don't know who prepares them, but they look like something from the old "want ads", as if they are trying to squeeze as much into as little space as possible. They are unreadable, even to me. No bolding with the important headlines and paragraphs that seem to run into each other. Substance is lost. Inexcusable.
