I'm sorry for the fact that once in a while I address and respond to several of our company's bashers and liars. I apologize to you, our valued and "REAL" shareholders for dragging you into these small and seemingly petty arguments. However, please let me explain as to some rationale and why we get involved there.
First of all, as I have been involved all these years in the public and trading arena, one must at least consider that ALL the regulatory agencies and enforcement authorities know who I am.
Second, with a name like Edward Vakser, its not as common as say, "Joe Smith", so therefore no one can wonder IF its the same guy? No problem there, Its me, and I don't hide. I readily post my TRUE phone and cell numbers as well as my email address.
Now, recently, the Defamation laws and other remedies have become more and more favorable to the recipient of lies , slander, libel and other false accusations. Therefore, I posted a "fair warning" to not only all the "usual suspects", such as Kool Aid Man, Dusty "balls" aka Midwestrader, smelly SOX fan and Milton "Toxic" Tonic...... but also as a public warning to all others who attack our company, myself personally and therefore cause financial and other damages.
Now, some of you may not appreciate and realize that besides being an officer/director, BOD member,etc... I'm also an investor and I'm here to protect my investments. Some of you may not like , appreciate nor agree with me, my business accruement and/or management style. However, that's why we live in a free country, and we all make our own decisions.
However, when there are those people who seek to manipulate our trades, and PPS. As well as using false accusations, defamation of character, lies and libel/slander in order to hurt our shareholders values, then I must put them in "check" and defend myself and our companies.
My attorneys wanted me to post the "fair warning" for several reasons.
First, to ensure that we stated what we suspect and know about these characters and lies that they post.
Seconds, and this one was an unexpected surprise, that these bashers actually responded and admitted that they were the ones posting....(Please remember, that just because you may hide behind "My Opinion", aka IMHO, posting false information, lies and repeating defamatory remarks, still will not protect you.)
FYI, people can always deny that: "Its not them!". However, they solved that problem by actually responding as well as sending me and my partners fairly "heated" emails. All that now is admissible in court.
And finally, where are we today? Well, those of us who had lived this internet experiment for the past 30 or so years may know and remember how impossible it used to be to acquire personal information and REAL names behind all these "aliases" . But now we have that option available. Also, even a strong and tough IHUB, now admits and have posted on their own compliance page the fact that they WILL release personal information to our attorneys.
So why am I doing this? Because my investors, partners and new acquisitions prospects want to see me fight back and respond. Due to the fact that some thought that IF I did not fight back and respond, that somehow I condone and are guilty of these lies and accusation.
In closing; none of you have to do anything, but whether you agree or disagree with me and my actions, at least know this: "I'm here to defend and protect our investments."

This could work out very well for $SUTI. There is no doubt the long-term iHub bashers whose identities have already been obtained by the CEO have been engaging in a multi-year defamation campaign.
If you study any of the attorneys' websites specializing in these cases you will see that there should be more than enough evidence to win such a case.
The damages likely to be awarded will be way in excess of any fees - typically the awards are in multiple $6-figures.
