NEWS 2 METRICS BASED CD10 TRIAL (speculation):

MY SPECULATION ON TEST RESULTS:
DAY 0:
- Leronlimab administered to medicated patient test arm. Medicated patients experience the immunological calming benefits of Leronlimab (“1000 cups of coffee effects neutralized almost immediately”)
- Standard of care administered to the placebo arm.
DAY 3:
- Leronlimab patient has dramatically improved as we have heard countless times in other examples. Recent video posted by young lady, I forget her name, and other doctors have described.
- Placebo patient is beginning to slowly improve hopefully but way behind in scoring.
* LERONLIMAB CLEAR WINNER AT THIS POINT, confirmed in the last CC by NP.
DAY 7:
- Leronlimab patients have established a very strong lead, few may have already crossed the finish line?
- Placebo patients also start improving but too far behind per NEWS 2 score card
- LERONLIMAB STILL AHEAD SIGNIFICANTLY!
DAY 14:
- Leronlimab remaining patients are pretty much fully recovered and most may have been discharged. None progressed to SEVERE!
- Placebo patients also heal but some may still not fully out of the woods. Immunological imbalance may have been reduced (?) along with most measured symptoms and most discharged. Did a few progress to SEVERE?
WINNER: LERONLIMAB!!
This is the race I see that has already unfolded. Lots and lots of data has been captured which will be analyzed in a million ways extracting key responses to Leronlimab’s performance in different subsets of the treated population.
First results presented will only be the “Top Line Results.” These are high level measured metrics for Day 0,3,7 and 14 along with exiting details and, very importantly SAE’s! This has to be in a presentable form for review by key pharma (?) and also FDA. Hopefully within 2 weeks.
Detailed (complete) data sets with concluding analysis is often released as part of publications or in prestigious conferences. This will not be released with the Top Line Results. How long before this is released? No idea, can be months if they find unexpected correlations to analyze further.
Cytodyn management seemed quite pleased with results they have seen so far in the CC call. Day 3 results were labeled as a clear win, consistent with my speculation above (really I can’t see how we would lose on the scoring at this point?). Followed by another CC statement saying the NEWS 2 results were very strong on Day 7 and 14 as well. Details to follow
