NP does what he does and so do the shorters. Replacing him will give the shorts far more ammo to destroy the SP in the interim. Better to stay the course while we're in the middle of these events. Can reevaluate afterward, but SP will be much higher later so unless NP wants to step down, it ain't gonna happen. So why bother spending emotional capital stressing over it.
Look at Elon Musk. He smoked pot and said publicly on more than one occasion that TSLA's SP is over valued. And yet shareholders love him and would never want him to step down. Why? Because TSLA's SP has been rocketing upward.
