Well, I see you've taken me off Ignore. At least

You're completely wrong on this topic and unformed about how companies, including CytoDyn, use NDAs so they can share inside information with potential buyers of shares through direct offers. This is how they raised most of their money. I, including many other investors on this board, have signed NDAs which allowed the company to share information with us so we could decide if it was worth the risk to buy additional shares directly from the company. There would be no need for us to sign NDAs if they weren't allowed to share inside information with us. Any investors who purchase shares or loan money directly through the company under an NDA, can't sell or purchase additional shares on the open market until the information that's been shared with them has become public knowledge. I know this from first--hand experience, so don't waste your time trying to convince me I'm wrong.
PS - Please put me back on Ignore. TIA
