If the US government is the purchaser and the price is $800 per dose, then even only one million doses is $800 million dollars. And we will not need a BP for that. We contract the production, have it shipped direct to wherever instructed, invoice per the contract, and deposit the check. And the US government will NOT be the only government interested in making that deal. After we pocket the multi-billions of dollars of low hanging fruit from Covid, then we will have the resources to do whatever we need to do. And at that point, if we need a BP for something, we will be bargaining from a position of strength.
