Beyond Commerce, Inc. (OTC PINK:BYOC) (the "Company" or "Beyond Commerce"
, a provider of B2B internet marketing analytics, technologies and services, is pleased to announce it has entered into a definitive agreement (the "Agreement" to acquire all of the equity of E.G. Insight, Inc., a St. Paul, Minnesota based customer and provider of employee data analytics.
The transaction, which is subject to customary closing conditions, is expected to add approximately $1 million in annual revenue. It is anticipated to be done by early August and, pursuant to the Agreement
