And in placebo at day 14 most physiological condition had resolved by themselves and they are at home. What is the difference (placebo vs Leronlimab) at day 14 ?? small and not statistically significant."
I think that it's highly unlikely that the Placebo group as a whole at day 14 would have resolved their physiological conditions. Sure some will have recovered but also some will have progressed to a more severe condition. I doubt very much that the Leron group would follow that path, rather more of the patients in the group should have gotten better than at day 0.
