Dr. L. said he was surprised about the mixed reactions to the release of the safety data. He clearly thought there was good information there and went on to explain why, and even clarify his reaction later in the call. Dr. L. is excited about the data,
People wanted nothing less than full efficacy results, and thus the "mixed" reactions to good safety data. I don't really blame them, because it's on Nader to be clear about expectations at this point, not vague. He did better yesterday. I see that as progress.
