I don't disagree with your post, I am merely speaking in broad strokes and specifically regarding COVID19 we are effective because Leronlimab modulates the immune system to our advantage; calming the cytokine storm and preventing TK cell and macrophage attack.
What is fascinating about our drug is the safety profile that is well established, even more so impressive when you consider CCR5/CCL5 axis is "master regulator" so to speak. Disrupting an upstream receptor has profound effects, so far we have many positive effects and have yet to show negative effects.
